1978 Chevrolet Corvette Indy Pace Car

  

This 1978 Chevrolet Corvette is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for car shows. This car is a bucket list of mine come true with 10k actual miles it is fantastic.

I did a little work recently to make it safe to drive: replace 42 year old tires - these are the 1,800 replicas from Kelsey/Goodyear (still have originals if new owner wants them), replaced heater control valve, replaced master cylinder and bled brakes... Also mufflers looked brand new but the insides were rusted out so replace those. Now the paint isnt absolutely flawless but it is the best 42 year old original paint car youll find. I recently drove 2 low mileage ones locally and they dont hold a candle to this girl. If you are looking for that real head turner and a great C3 congratulations you just found it.
